Great Family-Friendly Stay - My daughters and their kids recently stayed at this Airbnb, and we were quite pleased with our experience. The house was clean and well-equipped, exceeding our expectations. My daughters often rent Airbnb properties, and they noted that this one was above average in terms of kitchen utensils and laundry facilities. We were pleasantly surprised to find a variety of beach toys in the garage, along with plenty of tools and spare light bulbs for use. The ample supply of towels and pillows was also appreciated. The spacious layout of the house was ideal for multiple families, and having three bathrooms definitely made things easier for the kids. The condominium itself has a well-maintained playground, pool, and sports courts. The host was very responsive throughout the booking process, promptly answering any questions we had and accommodating our request for a last-minute late checkout. Overall, it was a great stay for the family!

We loved our stay at this property! Sometimes you wonder if homes are going to be as pretty in person as they are in the pictures. This house was even more beautiful! The design, the furniture, the attention to detail were top notch. We loved the location. Enjoyed walking to the Ritz for coffee and dinners. Vanderbilt beach is nearby and lovely! Communication was great with the owners.

Our Family had a great time at this property. very well equipped home. pool and backyard was a hit. Great location close to beach, grocery stores restaurants. Owners were very responsive to questions. We will definitely be back again.

We had a great stay here with our family. The house is huge and gave us plenty of space to relax and hang out together. The kids loved the foosball table, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day. The house is really unique and fun, and the wraparound porch would be amazing in the summer. The location worked out great for us. Ski Cooper was about an hour away, and Mt. Princeton Hot Springs was just a few minutes down the road, which was super convenient. The hosts were very responsive and easy to work with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable place to stay.

This place is amazing. The house kept us entertained because our kids always wanted to play foosball and the arcade game downstairs. It was a short drive to the awesome zoo, some hiking trails and other awesome spots. I highly recommend it!

Not only were they extremely accommodating with getting us in last minute, the place was perfect for making Christmas happen for my children. They were very responsive and kind throughout it all. I have zero complaints and we plan to stay here when we visit C Springs again!

Enjoyed our stay while we came from California to Florida for the AYF football championship games. The house was about 10-15 minutes from the venue. The neighborhood was Beautiful with the Christmas lights and decorations—a very private and quiet area. The house was very clean, fresh just felt like it was home. When I come back to Florida I will most definitely stay again! Thanks for the great hospitality.

The house is nice and spacious for lots of people. It is fairly echoey and you will hear anything going on in the kitchen, but you can turn on the bathroom fans or wear earplugs. The host is very communicative. It was very clean. The pool is nice. It’s a short drive or a good walk to several beach access points.
