Open floor plan 5bed 3 bath. The indoor space feels family-friendly and inviting. The outdoor space has great views of the mountains and nice patio furniture. Everyone will find the items and amenities needed for their stay in this well-equipped home. Stainless steel appliances are a big hit for any visiting cooks or chefs.
Other Details to Note
Hi we are a Pet/Dog Friendly Home. We do take a $75 Per Pet Deposit thru Airbnb Resolution Center. If There is NO Pet Damage and all the pet poop is picked up and placed in the trash cans etc then we won't charge an Extra $125/per Pet to clean. If you pay for just 1 animal and bring more than there will be an automatic $500 Fee. It is windy here so dust can accumulate and its pet friendly so there will be pet hair from time to time just the nature of being pet friendly. Please be aware of your surroundings. We are in the Foothills. We've had Bears in our Front Yard. We've had Deer in our backyard. Or numerous other wild animals. You might see Moth or Spider or mouse in the house. This is Colorado We also wanted you to be aware of that you're staying in a Pet Friendly Home even though you're not bringing any dogs etc. This means you might see a dog hair etc in the home from previous dogs. Every home is deep cleaned but there may be occasions where there is some pet hair that may have been missed.
