This house is perfect for 2 Families that want to be next to each other but have their own private house, or 1 Family or Parents can be on one side and kids on the other for some quiet time Convention Center and museums. Public tennis courts and Hyder Park oasis 5 blocks away.

We do allow up to 2 Pets/Dogs with pre approval and the $75 Per Pet/Dog Fee Paid. If you bring dogs without paying or bring more dogs than you paid for, then it's a $500 Fine. Please keep all Pets/Dogs off All Furniture and Beds/Linen and pick up all Dog Poop so you do incur extra cleaning and damage fees. Thanks We also wanted you to be aware of that you're staying in a Pet Friendly Home even though you're not bringing any dogs etc. This means you might see a dog hair etc in the home from previous dogs. Every home is deep cleaned but there may be occasions where there is some pet hair that may have been missed.
