The property features 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed, while the two guest bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds, all with high-quality linens and plush pillows, ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of outdoor adventures. Relax on the comfortable sofa while taking in the stunning views through the large windows. The living room also features a flat-screen TV, ideal for a movie night with the family. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and features a large table that comfortably seats six guests, making it the perfect spot for family meals and gatherings. The outdoor space is equally inviting, with a spacious areas that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. This home is pet-friendly, meaning you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure, with prior approval and Pet Fee Paid! Other Details to Note
Because we are in a family neighborhood, we ask that you observe quiet hours after 10:00PM. Also, due to the fire danger in our area year round, we ask that you do not smoke at any time on our property. Can be pet friendly on approval basis But assume we are not. If we do accept we do take a $50 Per Pet Deposit thru Airbnb Resolution Center. If There is NO Pet Damage and all the pet poop is picked up and placed in the trash cans etc then we won't charge an Extra $125/per Pet to clean. If you pay for just 1 animal and bring more than there will be an automatic $500 Fee. It is windy here so dust can accumulate and its pet friendly so there will be pet hair from time to time just the nature of being pet friendly. We do allow up to 2 Pets/Dogs with pre approval and the $75 Per Pet/Dog Fee Paid. If you bring dogs without paying or bring more dogs than you paid for, then it's a $500 Fine. Please keep all Pets/Dogs off All Furniture and Beds/Linen and pick up all Dog Poop so you do incur extra cleaning and damage fees. Thanks Please be aware of your surroundings. We are in the Foothills. We've had Bears in our Front Yard. We've had Deer in our backyard. Or numerous other wild animals. You might see Moth or Spider or mouse in the house. which is normal due to the mountain living. This is Colorado Pets on furniture and Beds/Linen that requires extra Cleaning or Replacement of Linen it's a $250-$1000 additional Charge We also wanted you to be aware of that you're staying in a Pet Friendly Home even though you're not bringing any dogs etc. This means you might see a dog hair etc in the home from previous dogs. Every home is deep cleaned but there may be occasions where there is some pet hair that may have been missed.
