The space is a cozy tri-level split home with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Let the kids watch tv in the downstairs living room while the grownups enjoy cooking a delicious meal in our huge updated kitchen. There are three bedrooms- two upstairs (including the master which boasts a comfy king bed) and one downstairs. Each bedroom has their own tvs. There are two living rooms (each with a queen pull out sofa) and a gorgeous sun room with a queen bed and extra dining seating. Upstairs, enjoy our light filled full bath. Downstairs has a 3/4 bath. Stay cool in the summer with our AC unit! Permit # STR-0972

ATTENTION: Our home is not for parties or events. Out of respect for the residential community, this is not intended to be a "party house." Our neighborhood is quiet, we love our neighbors and do not want them to be disturbed. Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the following areas: Locations of all Security Cameras: 1. On the front/West side of the house facing the front yard and the street. 2. On the back of the house facing the backyard. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
