Just minutes from downtown Leadville, come ride the train and enjoy some great restaurants, then come back to relax at our cabin. Go hiking on our 40+ Acres and wear the kids out, LOL
Good to know
4 Bedroom with 3 Full Bathrooms. Upstairs loft area on 40+ Acres. Garage is locked off for owners use only. The Fireplace is locked off and NOT for use. Its a $1500 Fine if its used.
Other Details to Note
This house has a heater, but NO AC as you're at 10k Feet in the mountains. If it gets hot, please open a window or door. We don't maintain or provide anything for the BBQ or the Fire pit. We also wanted you to be aware of that you're staying in a Pet Friendly Home even though you're not bringing any dogs etc. This means you might see a dog hair etc in the home from previous dogs. Every home is deep cleaned but there may be occasions where there is some pet hair that may have been missed.
