This does have a 30 Day Minimum per the HOA We do allow up to 2 Pets/Dogs with pre approval and the $99 Per Pet/Dog Fee Paid. If you bring dogs without paying or bring more dogs than you paid for, then it's a $500 Fine. Please keep all Pets/Dogs off All Furniture and Beds/Linen and pick up all Dog Poop so you do incur extra cleaning and damage fees. Thanks
